New Popcorn Selling Unit Application
2024 Popcorn Incentive
New units (newly chartered in 2024) and units who haven't utilized popcorn as a unit fundraiser in three years are eligible for a special incentive.
Requirements to qualify for the incentive.
In order to qualify for the incentive the unit must do the following:
- Sign up and complete at least one storefront shift. (Trail’s End or the council Popcorn Team may assist us in securing a preferred shift near our unit’s meeting location.)
- Must utilize the Trail’s End App for all sales/transactions.
The Sam Houston Area Council will provide, at no cost to the unit, the following:
- 1 Case of White Cheddar Popcorn ($240 in value)
- 1 Case of Kettle Corn ($180 in value)
- 1 Case of Microwave Butler Popcorn ($150 in value)
Total Retail Value of $570.00 (The council reserves the right to change the product mix or overall retail value as needed based on availability/demand.)
Subsequent orders will be subject to traditional product costs, unit incentives, and commission fee structures.
This application must be approved by the unit's committee chair and popcorn chair.
