Winter Camp

Winter camp is a wonderful opportunity for troops to camp and Scouts to earn merit badges. 

Registration is typically completed by the troop leadership or their designee. 

If you are a parent, check with the troop leaders before registering. If anyone from your troop is attending, request to be added to an existing registration so participants can camp together.

Only register one troop per registration.  If you are registering two troops (e.g., girl troop and boy troop), checkout and then add another registration. If you need to add or delete Scouts, request through the support desk.

Adults and Volunteer Staff

Every troop is required to provide one volunteer staff member for every six Scouts attending. 

Registration Updates and Merit Badge Classes

Merit badge class registration will open in October. The person who registers the troop will be notified a week before merit badge class registration opens.  The link in your emailed receipt will be used to make changes to your registration numbers and to add/change merit badge classes.
