Help Requests for Time-Sensitive Events

If you need help because your organization is approaching an internal deadline to open registrations for events, camps or programs, please include the launch date in your support request so we can prioritize your ticket and help ensure you meet your go-live date.
In addition, we are happy to review any event you configure to ensure that it meets your needs and that it is easy for your constituents to use. Please give us at least five business days of lead time to schedule the review.

New Visa Credit Card Rates for US Merchants Go Into Effect on April 16
|
|
|
On April 16, 2021, Visa will implement their new payment processing rates a for merchants in the United States. It is expected other card brands will shortly follow suit. This change was scheduled to occur last year but was delayed because of the widespread business disruptions caused by the pandemic. We are evaluating the impact of the rate increase on our costs and will provide a separate email update to all customers within the next two weeks.

Coming Soon: New Online Help

We are launching a new online help system this week for beta testing. The new system is designed to help you find the information you want quickly and easily. When it’s launched, you can access the new online help by clicking Help (Beta) at the top of any Doubleknot page. Because we are testing the new help system, the existing online help and User Manuals page will not be changed at this time.
|
|
|
Our goal is to replace the User Manuals page and make the online help into a single, unified source for documentation. If you prefer to have a separate PDF, you can save the contents of any page to your local computer for reference or for printing.
