We are pleased to announce that a new version of Doubleknot’s checkin app for iOS is now available in the App Store! In addition to compatibility with the latest version of iOS, the app new features empower you to:
- Configure settings like logon information and other options directly in the app—tap Settings in the lower right corner
- Turn on the iOS flashlight when scanning tickets in dim or dark locations—just tap Flash in the lower left corner to turn the flashlight on and off
- Look up tickets by ticket number—tap Lookup and enter the ticket number in the field
Other enhancements include a new screen and message that’s displayed when an invalid ticket is scanned or entered.
The app can handle checkin for any Doubleknot event that issues tickets, and is free with your organization’s Doubleknot subscription. To learn more and install the Doubleknot Checkin app, search for “Doubleknot” in Apple’s App store.
