2015 Winter Camp at Bovay Scout Ranch in Navasota, Texas!

Unit Registrations for 2015 Winter Camp will begin on Monday 07/27/15 2015

The 2015 Winter Camp Fee is $285.00 per scout if registered before December 1, 2015

$15.00 late fee for all scouts registered after December 1, 2015.

Winter Camp Payment Schedule: 

$285.00 non-refundable Unit Deposit due at registration. (non-refundable if unit cancels)

$125.00 per scout deposit due October 1, 2015 (non-refundable if scout cancels)

Deposits will be deducted from total balance due

Entire Registration Balance Due December 1, 2015.

Each Unit will receive two free adults with registration. Additional adults are $150.00 each.

All adults at Winter Camp must agree to a Criminal Background Check and submit an Adult in Camp Compliance Form to Tami Kinn at the Council Office no later than December 1st

ALL UNITS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ONE STAFF MEMBER FOR EVERY SIX (6) SCOUTS ATTENDING WINTER CAMP.

The Winter Camp Unit Leaders Meeting is Wednesday; December 2 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Council Office in Houston.

At least one adult leader from each unit should make plans to attend this meeting.

Do Not List Your Winter Camp Staff Applicants on the Unit Winter Camp Registration.

All individuals interested in applying for Winter Camp Staff must complete the online WC Staff Registration.
