2014 Winter Camp

The 2014 Winter Camp Fee is $270.00 per scout.
Winter Camp Payment Schedule:
$270.00 non-refundable Unit Deposit due at registration. (nonrefundable if unit cancels)
$100.00 per scout deposit due September 1, 2014 (non-refundable if scout cancels)
Balance Due November 1, 2014. Units paid in full by November 1, 2014 will receive a free item for each
Named participant listed on Winter Camp Registration.
Each Unit will receive two free adults with registration. Additional adults are $120.00.00 each.
Unit Registrations for 2014 Winter Camp will begin on Tuesday April 1, 2014
ALL UNITS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ONE STAFF MEMBER FOR EVERY SIX (6) SCOUTS ATTENDING WINTER CAMP.
Do Not List Your Winter Camp Staff Applicants on the Unit Winter Camp Registration.
There will be a separate on-line Registration for Winter Camp Staff.
The Winter Camp Leaders Meeting is Wednesday; December 3 from 6:30-8:30pm at the Council Office in Houston.
At least one adult leader from each unit should make plans to attend this meeting.
All adults attending or staffing Winter Camp must agree to a Criminal Background Check by the Council Office.
All individuals interested in applying for Winter Camp Staff must complete and submit an on-line Winter Camp Staff Application to be considered.
Winter Camp Staff Applications Will Be Separate from the Winter Camp unit Registration. Submitting an application is not automatic acceptance.
