Trainer's EDGE is for youth and adults who want to be more effective trainers. It is also required for any youth who want to staff NYLT, or for adults who want to staff Wood Badge.

The course cost is $5 for supplies.

There is no time to leave for lunch so please bring a sack lunch, snacks and drinks.

Participants must prepare a presentation (about five minute duration) before the course and bring the material, equipment, and/or props they need to deliver the presentation.  They will be given an opportunity to practice this presentation in a small group setting and receive feedback.  The topic of the presentation is at the discretion of the presenter, Scouting topics/skills are always good.

Additionally participants will prepare a second presentation during the course, practice it with their small group and receive feedback. Please bring all the materials you will need to create the presentation.
