Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2014-2015 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts. Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering. Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children ages 3-5 (Tot Lot participants must be fully potty trained) and girls ages 6 to 5th grade (Moon Base participants do not participate in Cub Scout activities but will have activities provided). Boy Scouts from 6th grade to age 17 and as well as girls from 6th grade to age 17 can register as volunteers.
Please carefully read all information listed below before proceeding!
Registration: It takes about 8 minutes per participant to register. The medical form is now a part of the online registration process. In order to complete the application, have a copy of the shot records for every participant, emergency contacts and phone numbers and carpool contacts and phone numbers. Please note: You will need to enter a month/day/year for each shot that is selected. BSA requires Tetanus for each participant. The rest are suggested, but not mandatory.
Adult/Youth Ratio: Each Pack must have a minimum of one adult participant for every four youth participating per pack. If your Pack does not meet this ratio, then your Pack will not be able to attend camp. In addition to Den Walker requirements, volunteers are needed in many other areas of camp. Please consider volunteering.
New: As of 5/29/14, background checks are being conducted, so adults can no longer register online.
Payment: At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee), or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to your Pack Representative, who will turn it in at the YPT/Orientation session held on 4/19/14 at the Sienna Plantation LDS Church at 9:30 AM, or at a secondary drop off location on 5/1/14, location to be announced. Late registrations will be accepted on 5/10/14 at the Sienna Plantation LDS Church at the YPT/Orientation session at 9:30 AM. If you chose the mailbox option, your registration will not be complete until payment is received.
YPT/Orientation Dates: Every volunteer (den walker, youth volunteer, camp staff) must attend Camp Orientation. Dates for orientation are: 4/19/14 and 5/10/14 from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM at Sienna Plantation LDS Church. Classroom YPT will be provided at those sessions as well, and is required of all adult volunteers every 2 years. If your YPT certificate is dated prior to 6/14/12, you must attend training. You must carry your YPT certificate from an instructor-led session on your person at all times at Day Camp, so if you can't find your card plan to take it again.
Important: Each Pack must have a Day Camp Representative, who should contact registration@twdaycamp.org ASAP with a message including their name, phone number and pack number.

Fees:
Thunder Wolf District Cub Scout Day Camp registration fee is $65.00 per Scout before May 1, 2014. After May 1, 2014, the registration fee will be $130.00 per Scout. Only new Scouts can register for a fee of $65.00 after May 1, 2014. Registration deadline is May 16, 2014. Any registration after May 16, 2014 must be approved by the camp director and is only considered for newly registered Scouts.

3. Youth Volunteers ONLY: Attend Day Camp Orientation Training
Adults Attending Camp (ages 18 and up):
1. Complete online application
2. Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) to Pack Representative.
3. Provide proof of Classroom YPT completion (must be after 06/14/2012)
4. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training
Receipt: Please print out the receipt that will be emailed to you, and turn it in to your Pack Representative along with your front & back copy of your insurance card for each participant. Please write your name and Pack # on the copies.
Completing Registration:

3. Fill out a registration form for each participant
4. Then click "Cart" to check out.
