Thank you for registering for the Texas Skies District Camporee. You will need to supply a BSA Health Form (parts A & B) and a signed liability release for all attendees. A registration roster will be sent to you on Thursday, February 26. Please bring this with you to check-in when you arrive at camp.

Troop Registration Fee Structure:
$20 per Scout (includes patch, movie, program fees except noted below, and SHAC fees). Eats and camps with Troop.
$5 per Adult (includes patch, movie, program fees except noted below, SHAC fees, and adult training opportunities). Eats and camps with Troop.
Walk-ins will be charged a $10 per person late fee for a total of $30 per Scout or $15 per adult.
$4 credit per patrol for staff guest at dinner competition.

Additional fees:
The below activities will be offered on Saturday afternoon. Due to time restraints, each item limit 1 per 5 Scouts attending; extra tickets will be sold on site if available.
Shotgun shooting (10 shots) - $5
Rifle shooting (10 bullets) - $3
Climbing (per Scout) - $5
Note: Separate permission/liability releases are required for climbing.
Information to Leaders - Register your entire unit in a single online registration transaction and save money.
Each online registration transaction costs you $1.50 transaction fee plus ($20/$5) for each attendee x number of attendees.
Online registration is required for every scout and adult (including staff members).
For each troop, please have the following information:
Scoutmaster name
Scoutmaster email address
Scoutmaster phone number
Which day(s) the troop will arrive and depart camp
Total number of shotgun shooters (limit 1 per 5 scouts attending)
Total number of rifle shooters (limit 1 per 5 scouts attending)
Total number of climbers (limit 1 per 5 scouts attending)
Number of patrols the troop will be organized into for camporee
YPT dates for all adults attending camporee
For each Scout, please have the following information:
Patrol Name
School Grade
Unfortunately, the competition is between "5th/6th grade" patrols or "7th grade and above" patrols so troops with blended grade Patrols will have to create temporary patrols for this outing that align with these school grade criteria for the competition or they will have to compete at the higher grade level, this includes them cooking together for the Saturday dinner since that is part of the competition.
