Twilight Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2014-2015 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts. Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success so please consider volunteering. Adult volunteers can also register their non scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) or girls ages 6-10. Youth ages 11-17 can also volunteer.
Please read all information listed below carefully before proceeding!
Registration: It takes about 8 minutes per participant to register. The medical form is now a part of the online registration process. In order to complete the application, have a copy of the shot records for every participant, emergency contacts and phone numbers and carpool contacts and phone numbers.
Payment: At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee) or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to your Pack Representative or the Cockrell Scout Center. If you chose the mailbox option, your registration will not be complete until payment is received.
Dates to Remember:
- Online Registration Closes 06/16/14
- Late Registration fee applies to registrations after 05/08/14

1. Complete online registration form
2. Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned into Pack Camp Representative
Adults Attending Camp (ages 18 ):
1. Complete online registration form
2. Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured)
3. Submit proof of Classroom YPT (must be after 06/27/2012)
4. Attend Twilight Camp Orientation Training
ALL Adults attending camp must attend both a Camp Orientation Training Session and Classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT). Please contact Angie Broussard angiebhas8@gmail.com for training dates.
Receipt: Please print out the receipt as important instructions are included.
