Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2014-2015 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts. Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering. Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) and girls ages 6-13. Boy Scouts from 6th grade - 17 and girls ages 11-17 can also volunteer.
Please carefully read all information listed below before proceeding!
Registration: It takes about 8 minutes per participant to register. In order to complete the application, please turn in a copy of your medical form and of the shot records for every participant, emergency contacts and phone numbers and carpool contacts and phone numbers.
Adult/Youth Ratio: Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every four youth registered per pack. If your pack does not meet this ratio, then your pack will not be able to attend camp. Please consider volunteering.
Payment: At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee), or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to your Pack Representative, or the Phoenix District Registrar. If you chose the mailbox opt Youth:

2. Copy of Health Form, Vaccination Record and Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned into Pack Camp Representative
Adults Attending Camp (ages 18 and up):
1. Online application
2. Copy of Health Form, Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured)
3. Proof of Classrrom YPT (must be after 01/01/2013)
4. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training
ALL Adults attending camp must attend both a Camp Orientation Training Session and Classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT).
Receipt: Please print out the receipt that will be emailed to you.
Completing Registration:

2. Add each type of participant
3. Fill out a registration form for each participant
