June 10th - 13th 12:30pm - 6:30pm (Child Pick-up between 6:15-6:30pm)

Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2014-2015 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy archery, sports, skills, and crafts. Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering. Adult who volunteer at camp can also register their non-Scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) and girls ages 6-13. Boy Scouts from 6th grade - 17 and girls ages 14-17 can also volunteer.
Step 1. Please carefully read all information listed below before proceeding!
Registration Per Applicant:
- Estimated time to register per applicant is 8-15 minuets
- Online Reistration process includs the BSA Medical Form. (please have Medications & Shot inoformation ready to imput).
- Mandatroy hard copy of Shot Records, and Medical Cards will need to be handed in with the Pack cordinator at the training for each Scout.
Step 2. Add each participant, and Adult Volunteer
Step 3. Fill out a registration form for each participant
Step 4. Then click "Cart" to check out
Adult/Youth Ratio: Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every four youth registered per pack. If your pack does not meet this ratio, then please contact Justin Steinhard (Justin.Steinhard@scouting.org).
Dates to Remember:
- Online Registration Closes 05/23/14
- Late Registration fee off $50.00 applied to registrations after 04/30/14 for Cub Scouts: going into 1st-5th Grade.
Youth Volunteers (ages 14-17):
1. Online application, with Health Form filed out
2. Copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned into Pack Camp Representative (Turn in during YPT/Volunteer Orientation)
3. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training
Adults Volunteers Attending Camp (ages 18 and up):
1. Online application, with Health Form filed out
2. Copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned into Pack Camp Representative (Turn in during YPT/Volunteer Orientation)
3. Proof of Classrrom YPT (must be after 05/13/2013)
4. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training
5. Receipt: Please print out the receipt that will be emailed to you.
