Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2014-2015 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts. Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering. Adult volunteers can also register their non scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) or girls ages 6-13. Youth ages 14-17 can also volunteer. Register scouts 10 and up may also volunteer with prior approval.
Please read all information listed below carefully before proceeding!
Registration: It takes about 8-10 minutes per participant to register. The medical form is now a part of the online registration process. In order to complete the application, have a copy of the shot records for every participant, emergency contacts and phone numbers and carpool contacts and phone numbers.
Adult/Youth Ratio: Each pack must have a minimum of one Full Time adult register for every three (3) youth register per pack. If your pack does not meet this ratio, then your pack will not be able to attend camp. Please consider volunteering.
Payment: At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee) or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to your Pack Representative or the Cockrell Scout Center. If you chose the mailbox option, your registration will not be complete until payment is received.

Youth Paperwork:
1. Complete online registration
2. Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned into Pack Camp Representative
3.Pack Reps will need to turn in a hard copy of all Medical Forms part a & b along with proof of payment
Adults Attending Camp (ages 18 ):
1. Complete online registration
2. Pack Reps will need to turn in a hard hopy of all medical forms part A & B along with proof of payment
3. Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured)
4. Submit proof of Classroom YPT (must be after 06/16/2012)
5. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training
ALL Adults attending camp must attend both a Camp Orientation Training Session and Classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT). These trainings will be held :

a. May 17, 2014 at Flaming Arrow Training day 9:00am-12:00pm
b. June 4, 2014 at Humble High School 5:00pm-8:00pm
c. June 14, 2014 TBA
