Location: Sylvan Beach, LaPorte (400 Bayshore Dr., La Porte) New Location for 2014

Registration: Registered scouts and boys considering joining scouts may register for this event. Substitutions are allowed. Patches are not guaranteed for late registrations. Please arrive early, even if you pre-registered.
Payment: You can register and pay online (with a $1.50 convenience fee added) or you can register online, and then when checking out select the “mail box” option (instead of a credit card), and drop off your payment WITH a copy of the receipt that will be emailed to you at:
- Clear Lake Scout Shop by 9/20/14 OR
- Roundtable on (9/4/14) at House of Prayer Lutheran Church from 7:30pm – 9:00 pm.
What to Bring:
- Scout uniform, Field or Activity (any scout t-shirt) for registered Scouts
- Fishing Pole (a fishing license is not required for scouts)
- Closed toed shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather, water cup, insect repellent, and sunscreen
- Optional: chair, hat, water, snacks, hand cleaner (e.g., gel sanitizer, baby wipes), tackle box
Categories: All cubs will be judged against their own rank. Medals will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, most fish, longest fish, & smallest fish for each rank.
Rain date: A rain date may be scheduled if needed. In the event of really bad weather, a message will be posted on the District Facebook page (www.facebook.com/BayshoreDistrict) if the event has to be cancelled. An e-mail will also be sent out to everyone on our District e-mail list. You may subscribe (to keep up with the latest district information) at www.bayshore.shac.org (right side of the screen)

Photographs: Notice! Please be advised that promotional videotaping/photography may be in progress at any time at an event. Your entrance constitutes your agreement that Bayshore has the right to reproduce your likeness in videography/photography for promotion (e.g., publications, internet, newspaper).
