OA Trail Crew is an opportunity for Arrowmen to provide service on the trails at El Rancho Cima. After the floods this spring, our service is needed to get the Skyline, Stairway and Nature trails in shape for summer camp. OA Trail Crew is modeled after the National High Adventure Base programs at Philmont and Northern Tier. It is also an opportunity to learn how to build trail and do conservation projects.
OA Trail Crew is open to all Arrowmen 14 years of age and older. You spend the day on the trail and the evenings in brotherhood and fellowship with your fellow Arrowmen. Trail work makes you hungry, so great meals are prepared for you to enjoy and to get re-energized. Arrowmen also get to spend time exploring El Rancho Cima. The work and fellowship are a lot of fun, especially if you bring a fellow Arrowman from your troop or chapter to enjoy the experience.

OA Trail Crew is held during spring break each year. Since some school districts have a different week of spring break than others, we hold it the weekend between most school districts’ spring breaks.
There are two options available for attending OA Trail Crew:
- Weekend Only: Cost $30 – Friday, March 10 beginning at 3 pm to Sunday, March 12 ending at 5 pm
- Full Event: Cost $45 – Friday, March 10 beginning at 3 pm to Tuesday, March 14 ending at 11 am
All meals are provided including Friday night dinner from 7 – 9 pm
