2016 Winter Camp
* IMPORTANT NOTE: Do Not Include Winter Camp Staff Applicants as adults on your Winter Camp Unit Registration:
The 2016 Winter Camp Fee is $285.00 per scout if registered before December 15, 2016
$15.00 late fee for all scouts registered after December 15, 2016
Winter Camp Payment Schedule:
$285.00 non-refundable Unit Deposit due at registration. (nonrefundable if unit cancels)
Amount Will be deducted from balance due on December 1, 2016
$125.00 per scout deposit due October 1, 2016 (non-refundable if scout cancels)
Entire Registration Balance Due December 1, 2016
Each Unit will receive two free adults with registration. Additional adults are $150.00.00 each.
ALL UNITS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ONE STAFF MEMBER FOR EVERY SIX (6) SCOUTS ATTENDING WINTER CAMP.
Do Not List Your Winter Camp Staff Applicants on the Unit Winter Camp Registration.
There will be a separate on-line Registration for Winter Camp Staff.
The Winter Camp Leaders Meeting is Wednesday; December 7, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Council Office in Houston.
At least one adult leader from each unit should make plans to attend this meeting.
All adults attending or staffing Winter Camp must agree to a Criminal Background Check by the Council
Office and submit an Adult in Camp Compliance Form to Brett Lee at the Council Office no later than December 1st
All individuals interested in applying for Winter Camp Staff must complete the online Winter Camp Staff Registration.
