Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2016-2017 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy archery, sports, skills, wrist rockets (sling shots) and crafts.  Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering.

Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) or girls ages 6-13. Boy Scouts and youth ages 14-17 can also volunteer. Participants receive a t-shirt and patch. Every Scout will receive a t-shirt and patch.

Payment: At checkout, you may either pay with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee), or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to pack representative or to Denise Rubey 18223 Olive Tree Ct, Cypress TX  77429. If you chose the mailbox option, your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. Payment must be received at least two weeks before camp.

Adult/Youth Ratio: Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every three youth register per pack. If your pack does not meet this ratio, then your pack will not be able to attend camp. Please consider volunteering.

LDS: LDS youth are put into dens at camp based on age. While LDS youth ages 6-7 do not work on the Tiger rank, they are grouped with kids of the same age and will enjoy the aged-appropriate activities even though they aren't earning rank advancement.  Youth who are LDS age 11 are Boy Scouts and will be working on Scouting skills along with the 5^th grade Webelos during camp to help prepare them for Boy Scouts.

Day Camp Volunteer Orientation

Below are the opportunities to attend Day Camp Orientation and receive Classroom Facilitated YPT training.  All adults (ages 18 ) must have Classroom Facilitated YP and all volunteers (adult and junior staff) must attend one of the mandatory orientation sessions.
