Day Camp is an opportunity for Cub Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2016-2017 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts. 

Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering.  Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) or girls ages 6-13.   Boy Scouts (under the age of 14) can register as den chiefs or for the service patrol, and boys and girls ages 14-17 can volunteer as junior staff.

Registration: In order to complete the application, please have carpool contacts (must have at least one) before beginning the registration process. It is very important to complete the entire process (through payment).  All uncompleted registrations are deleted every evening at midnight.

Payment:  At checkout, you may either pay with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee), or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to your pack representative or the Cockrell Scout Center.  If you chose the mailbox option, your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. Payment MUST be received at the Cockrell Scout Center at least two weeks before camp starts.

Adult/Youth Ratio:  Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every three (3) youth registered.

Youth Paperwork

1. Complete online registration
2. Submit a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (for Scouting events)
3. Submit a copy of medical insurance card (front and back, if insured) to your pack camp representative

Adults Paperwork (age 18 and above):

4. Submit proof of classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT) (must be after 6/15/13)
5. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training

ALL adults attending camp must attend both a Camp Orientation Training Session and Classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT). Trainings will be posted at www.aldine-pathfinder.shac.org/twilight-camp


Cost
$35.00 per Tiger: going into 1st grade (or LDS age 6-7)
$35.00 per Cub Scout: going into 2nd - 5th grade
$35.00 per Tot-lot: age 3 - kinder with parent volunteer
$35.00 per Girl: ages 6 - 10 with parent volunteer
Late fee
After 5/30/2016 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Cub Scout: going into 2nd - 5th grade Registrants.
