The Skyline District Twilight Camp is an opportunity for Cub Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2015-2016 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts.

Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering. Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children ages 3-5 (potty trained) or girls ages 6-13. Boy Scouts (under the age of 14) can register as den chiefs, and boys and girls ages 14-17 can volunteer as junior staff.

Before preceding, please carefully read all information listed below!

Registration: In order to complete the application, please have carpool contacts (must have at least one) before beginning the registration process. It is very important to complete the entire process (through payment). All uncompleted registrations are deleted every evening at midnight.

Payment: Credit Card only (with a $1.50 processing fee). Please email familyphillips.mail@gmail.com if you can not pay by credit card. Your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received.

Adult/Youth Ratio: Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every three (3) youth register per pack. If your pack does not meet this ratio, then your pack will not be able to attend camp. Please consider volunteering.

Paperwork requirements:

Youth paperwork:

1. Complete online registration
2. Submit a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (for Scouting events) to your pack camp representative
3. Submit a copy of medical insurance card (front and back, if insured) to your pack camp representative

Adults attending camp (age 18 and above):

1. Complete online registration
2. Submit a BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (for Scouting events) to your pack camp representative
3. Submit a copy of medical insurance card (front and back, if insured) to your pack camp representative
4. Submit proof of classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT) (must be after 6/18/13). Classroom YPT is good for two years.

5. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training ALL adults attending camp must attend both a Camp Orientation Training Session (must attend every year) and Classroom Youth Protection Training (YPT) (must have attended a session after 6/18/13). All registered adults will be notified of dates for these classes.

Steps to completing online registration:

1. Fill out a registration form for each participant
2. Then click "Save" to complete the registration process.

$50.00 per 1. Cub Scout: going into 1st - 5th grade
$20.00 per 2. Tot-lot: age 3 - Kinder w/ parent volunteer
$20.00 per 3. Girl: age 6 - 10 w/ parent
$10.00 per 4. Girl: 6th grade-age 13 w/ parent
$10.00 per 5. Boy Scout: 6th grade-age 13
$10.00 per 6. Junior: boy or girl age 14-17
$10.00 per 7. Adult: Full Time
$10.00 per 8. Adult: Job Share with another adult
$10.00 per 9. Adult: Part Time
Early Discount
Before 4/1/2015 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all 1. Cub Scout: going into 1st - 5th grade Registrants.
Late fee
After 5/1/2015 a fee of $5.00 will apply to all 1. Cub Scout: going into 1st - 5th grade Registrants.
