Day Camp is an opportunity for Cub Scouts to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts. Many volunteers are needed to make camp a success, and we welcome you to join our fun and organized team. Cub Scout participants are registered boys entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2015-2016 school year. Day Camp activity rotations will be based on the new Cub Scout program.

Adult volunteers may register their non-scouting children in the “Tot Lot” or “Girl: age 6-10 w/ parent volunteer.” The Tot Lot has toilet-trained children ages 3 through 5. The second group is for girls ages 6-10 and boys ages 6-7 who aren’t registered into Cub Scouts. These groups will have their own program. Girls and Boy Scouts 6th grade through age 13 AND “Juniors” ages 14-17 will be organized as volunteers. These ages don’t require a parent volunteer but will be contacted to attend training prior to start of camp.

Before proceeding, please carefully read all information listed below!

Registration: In order to complete the application, please have carpool contacts (must have at least one) before beginning the registration process. It is very important to complete the entire process (through payment). All incomplete registrations are deleted every evening at midnight.

Registration ends 5/31/15.

Payment: At checkout, you may either pay with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee), or you can click the mailbox option and bring your payment in cash or pack check to Round Table. No personal checks will be accepted. If you choose the mailbox option, your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received, and discounted rates may have ended. (Payments made at the March and April Roundtable will hold the early bird discount, but payments made in May will be charged the on-time rate even if online registration was done in April.) Pack checks should be made out to SHAC.

Adult/Youth Ratio: Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every three (3) registered youth per pack. If your pack does not meet this ratio, then your pack will not be able to attend camp. Please consider volunteering. We have a wealth of positions to fit your availability.
