Adult Staff:
New: As of 5/28/14, background checks are being conducted, so adults can no longer register.
1. Medical Form Parts A & B
2. Copy of insurance card
3. Adult in camp compliance form
4. Required Certification and Information
5. Copy of BSA Registration – either this year’s card or a copy of the completed fully signed and approved application BSA Adult Application(If you print this out, you only need to print in ink on pages 4 and 5, the other copies are for the Unit Committee, Chartered Organization and Applicant's records only, and are not required to be submitted.
6. Copy of First Aid or CPR certificate (if you have completed this training)
7. Copy of Range Training Certification (Range staff only)
8. Copy of Licenses or Certificationstp (First Aid only)
The State of Texas will no longer allow online YPT for Day Camp.
You MUST have had the new State of Texas approved face to face Youth Protection Training dated within two years of June 14, 2014.
There will be multiple cross-district opportunities to take this training. These will be announced Council-wide shortly.
If you are not YPT certified by the May mandatory Day Camp trainings, (see dates above) you MUST stay the additional hour to become certified.
