June 9-12, 2014

Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st – 5th grade during the 2014-2015 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements and enjoy BB guns, archery, sports, skills, and crafts.  Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering. 

 

Adult volunteers can also register their (potty trained) non-Scouting children ages 3-13.   Boy Scouts and girls ages 14-17 can also volunteer.

 

Please carefully read all information listed below before proceeding!

Registration: It takes about 8 minutes per participant to register.  In order to complete the application, you will need emergency contacts and phone numbers and carpool contacts and phone numbers for every youth you are registering.

 

Adult/Youth Ratio:  Each pack must have a minimum of one adult registered for every three youth registered per pack.  If your pack does not meet this ratio, then your pack will not be able to attend camp.  Please consider volunteering.

New: As of 5/28/14, background checks are being conducted, so adults can no longer register.

 

Payment:  At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card (with a $1.50 processing fee), or you can click the mail box option and send your payment to your Pack Representative, or the Cockrell Scout Center.  If you chose the mailbox option, your registration will not be complete until payment is received. 

 

If you choose the mail-in option, make sure you put this account number on your payment. 1-6801-666-20. If you do not, the payment will not be credited to you. KEEP A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT!

 

Dates to Remember:  

  • Online Registration Closes 05/31/14
  • Late Registration fee applies to registrations after 04/30/14

 

Requirements: 

Youth: (ages under 18 years old)

1.  Complete the online registration form

2.  Submit a completed copy of Medical form, parts A and B to your Pack Camp Representative.  www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/parts_ab.pdf

3.  Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned in to your Pack Camp Representative

 

Adults Attending Camp (ages 18  and up):

1.  Complete the online registration form

2.  Submit a completed copy of Medical form, parts A and B to your Pack Camp Representativewww.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/parts_ab.pdf

3.  Submit a copy of Medical Insurance Card front & back (if insured) turned in to your Pack Camp Representative

4.  Submit proof of Classroom YPT (must be after 06/12/2012)

5. Attend Day Camp Orientation Training

 

     ALL Adults attending camp must attend one of the two Camp Orientation Training Sessions. If you have not completed your classroom youth protection training (YPT) by the date of the orientation, you must stay for this training as well.  These trainings will be held at 6:30 pm at the LDS Church on Longenbaugh (16203 Longenbaugh) on 05/15/14, and 05/23/14.

 

If you have completed your Classroom Youth Protection Trainings (YPT) you will be dismissed after the first half of the training.

 

Receipt:  Please print out the receipt that will be emailed to you.  

 

Completing Registration: 

1.  Click Register (below)

2. Add each type of participant

3. Fill out a registration form for each participant

4. Then click "Cart" to check out.

Late fee
