Fall Extravaganza is Colonneh’s premier Lodge event and is an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure, and lots of fun at Camp Strake Grand Lake on Oct 12-14, 2012.
It is a combination of sports, exciting games, competitions, shows, Native American activities, Vigil callout, and many surprises. This year’s PowWow will also include Lodge Officer elections. Arrowman will camp with their Chapter for a weekend of non-stop fun, food, fellowship and celebration.
Schedule: Check-in on Friday is from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm and Check-out on Sunday is at 10:00 am.
Medical Form: All participants must bring a Health Form (Parts A & B): www.scouting.org/scoutsource/HealthandSafety/ahmr.aspx
Bring: Tent/ground cloth, sleeping bag, cot/foam pad, pillow, water bottle, insect repellent, flashlight, closed toed shoes, toiletries, appropriate clothes for weather, extra pair of clothes (some events are messy), personal medication, rain gear, medical form, Scout field uniform, OA sash, pencil/pen, sunscreen Optional: camp chair, camera, spending money for trading post
TALENT RELEASE Please be advised that promotional videotaping or photography may be in progress at any time at a Lodge event. Your entrance at a Lodge function constitutes your agreement that Sam Houston Area Council (SHAC) has the right to use and publish the photographs/film/ videotapes/ electronic representations and/or sound recordings made of you or your child, and releases the Boy Scouts of America, SHAC, Colonneh Lodge the activity coordinators, employees, volunteers, related parties, or other organizations associated with SHAC from any and all liability from such use and publication. SHAC or Colonneh Lodge may reproduce, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage, and/or distribution of said photographs/film/videotapes/ electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of the BSA, and you waive any right to any compensation for any of the foregoing.
